Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer appropriate financial solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and account maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
